Our location
We have options available to all of our clients when working with us on a 1-2-1 basis. Our office is located in North Manchester, but if you are unable to meet with us in person, we also offer telephone or video appointments as an alternative. Our workshops are only available via face to face across all of Manchester.

Our education
We hold several qualifications, including a Certificate of Higher Education in sports, fitness, and coaching; Level 3 qualifications in coaching and mentoring, exercise referral, personal training, sports conditioning, and business and marketing. We also hold level 2 qualifications in health and well-being coaching, and understanding health improvement. We are also registered with CIMSPA.

We have extensive experience in working in hard-to-target communities and working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, ranging from people within the criminal justice system up to regional, national, and international organisations, on an individual and group basis.
